BY AIR The closest airport to us here in Leverburgh is Stornoway in the Isle of Lewis. There are also airports in Uist & Barra (that world-famous beach runway). The following airlines fly in and out of the Western Isles:
BY BIKE The newly formed Hebridean Way provides cyclists with a dedicated route the entire length of the Western Isles. Cycling in the islands is more popular than ever and there are several businesses operating locally who are dedicated to this mode of travel including bike transfer companies and bike repair specialists, as well as general hire.
